Shipping policy

Delivery Within Australia:

Free Shipping will be automatically applied on your order when it's over $100.

Orders under $100 will be charged as follows:
Australia Post $10.00 flat rate with orders being sent within 1-3 days (weekdays) or
Australia Post $15 for express post with orders being sent within 1 day (weekdays) of the order being placed.

Note: We reserve the right to select and/or vary our freight carrier and freight charges. Our freight and handling fees do not include insurance and we will not be held responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of goods after departure from our premises.  

International Orders:

Delivery is available to New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom.  Note that free postage (for orders over $100) is not available to International Orders.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping rates.  Rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mr Fred is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mrfred.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
